The Old Karmen is Back!
I was the heaviest I had ever been. I had always struggled with weight but I felt it was out of control. I needed to change my lifestyle to keep up with my daughter and regain my self-confidence.
Curves has helped me in pretty much every aspect of my life. I found due to being unfit and overweight, my immune system was down. I kept getting sick and tiredness and fatigue took over my body. That does not help when you have an active toddler. Since losing the weight, I am always wanting to do active things with my daughter. My self-confidence at work has improved so much. I work in the retail makeup industry and image is everything. I have found since losing this weight, my confidence is up and so are my sales. I also was very self-conscious of the way I looked and what people thought of me. Since losing the weight my confidence in myself and my relationships have soared, giving me a more active social life. I feel like the old Karmen is back! I also love my fashion and now enjoy shopping trips to all my favourite stores.
